The reception is conducted by the head of the archive department - Svitlana Nikolaychuk and the chief specialist - Olga Valeriivna Petrovska ORDER reception of citizens in the archival department of the executive committee of the Brovary City Council
This Procedure was developed on the basis of Art. 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens", clause 4.2.11. Chapter 4 of Chapter VI of the Rules of Operation of Archival Institutions of Ukraine, approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice dated 04/08/2013 No. 656/5, registered with the Ministry of Justice on 04/10/2013 under No. 584/23116. Citizens are received during the working day by the head of the archival department, and in his absence (vacation, business trip, illness, etc.) by the chief specialist of the department. All requests received by the archive department (by mail, e-mail, in person) are subject to mandatory consideration, with the exception of anonymous requests. According to the first part of Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens": "A written application without indicating the place of residence, not signed by the author (authors), as well as one from which it is impossible to establish authorship, is recognized as anonymous and is not subject to consideration." The fact of authorship can be confirmed by a notary public or with one's own signature, so a scanned copy of the request (appeal) must be sent by e-mail. The provision of archival certificates necessary to ensure social protection of citizens, the provision of archival certificates to courts, law enforcement agencies, state financial control bodies, as well as to legal entities and individuals who have transferred documents for safekeeping, is free of charge. In case of receipt of requests that do not correspond to the profile of the archival department or requests regarding documents that are not stored in the department, they are forwarded to the place of storage of the requested documents, and if the place of storage is unknown, the applicant is given appropriate recommendations. If a request is received by e-mail indicating the return postal and e-mail address of the author, the request is printed and considered in accordance with the procedure established by law. In case of refusal to consider the request, the applicant is informed about this in writing, indicating the reasons. The term of execution of the request cannot exceed 30 days from the moment of its registration. If the request is fulfilled without reviewing archival documents (according to the directories), the deadline for its fulfillment is fifteen days from the date of registration. The term of execution is extended by the decision of the head of the archive, about which the applicant must be informed. At the same time, the total period of execution of the request should not exceed forty-five days. Archival certificates, copies and extracts are issued to the applicant in the case of his personal application to the archival department upon presentation of a passport or other identity document to a person authorized by the applicant - in the presence of a power of attorney established by law. The recipient signs on the back of a copy of the archive certificate, a copy, an extract indicating his/her passport data and the date of receipt of the document.
